Styling comments in WordPress 2.7

WordPress 2.7 has been out for a while now, and one of the biggest new features it has is threaded comments. And they just happen to be pretty complicated to style. So for all the theme authors out there, Andrew Rickmann made a diagram illustrating all the HTML elements and CSS classes used in nested comments. This includes guides for the comment form area.
