Copyblogger Theme Going Public
I just saw this morning that the old theme from Copyblogger will be released as a public WordPress Theme. Chris Pearson will be making some edits to make it more customizable, and will release it in the next few weeks.
So if you were a fan of the old theme, be sure to check over at copyblogger.com in the next few weeks and pick yourself up a copy of the old Copyblogger theme from Chris Pearson, Brian Clarke and company.

Wow, so it looks like I’m not alone in releasing themes that I had previously used on my own site. I bet he got a ton of emails from people asking if they can use his theme.
Evidently so. It seems also that some have expressed their liking the old theme better (something I heartily disagree with), so maybe this will appease them.
Brian, I know you released dropshadow, but that wasn’t exactly like your old theme, was it? Any plans on releasing the ACTUAL theme that you used to use?
That will be a great addition to the collection of unique WP themes. I was a fan of the big open look. The new design looks like it will pay more bills.
Nathan, not sure about the pink version of Dropshadow, as it was heavily influenced by another site. I was given permission to use some elements of their design for my site, which I appreciated, but I think it would be too unfair to release a public theme with that much similarity.
Hey, Chris has his theme now available.
